Damaged or Wrong Product
We pack our products with great care so they reach you safely. In case your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please send a photo and video within 7 days.
If we have delivered the wrong or damaged product, we will replace it immediately.
Return Conditions
- If there is a manufacturing defect
- If the product is different from what was ordered
- Product must be unused
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Products under warranty (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
- Food serving products, ceramics, cutlery, fragile items
- Handicrafts with slight variation
- Minor ceramic bubbles
- Size variation up to 5% or 2 cm
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once packed or shipped.
Delivery Issues
For COD orders, repeated refusals may disable COD.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued if refused, but re-delivery may incur charges.
