6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

7. Delivery Policy

India orders: Delivery within 1–7 working days depending on location

Delivery days: Monday to Saturday

Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Aakrutii is not responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery (India standard).

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Not damaged or misused

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval, according to shop policy.

9. User Responsibilities

  • Not to provide false or misleading information
  • Not to violate any applicable laws or regulations

Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account.
